Awesome macro shot Luke... enough sugar there for the whole kingdom!! nice shot.
Luke Moore replied:
Haha imagine if the ants just carried this sugar treat away... they sure would have an intense sugar high. Thanks for your comment Greg!

Luke, Back again here to comment. Perhaps you didn't notice, but inadvertently called you "Blair". In any case, thanks for replying to my comment about this fascinating image. I can almost see you doing this balancing act. And, if anyone else was watching, just let them wonder. You are the creative one, not them.(Smile)... Good wishes to you.
Luke Moore replied:

Blair, I'm glad I took the time to look up close. I also read the description. This does look like the rings of Saturn or another planet in the Universe. This ant has had more than his 15 minutes of fame, hasn't he? (Smile)... Good wishes to you always. Anne
Luke Moore replied:
Thank you Anne-Elizabeth! I was photographing a lollipop outside when the ant decided to hitch a ride. At that point decided to photograph it :) Holding the lollipop in one hand and the camera in another. All the while having the reversal ring and reversed lens on my camera. Moving the camera back and forth to focus it. Hand shaking with the lollipop :) tripod inside and upstairs. Think I might have balanced the lolli on a railing finally. It was quite an interesting spectacle to others I would imagine.
