A stunning and surreal landscape of an abandoned tractor in a field. Located along the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. Photographed with a digital camera converted to take infrared images. Infrared image sometimes have a ghostly and soft feeling to them. Strange how the middle of summertime can sometimes look like the middle of winter. "Forgotten Harvest" by Luke Moore.

Luke ... you've chosen the perfect title for this wonderful image. This reminds me so much of my grandmother's farm ... there were a couple of spots where old equipment was just left. It didn't haunt me at the time ... I loved to play on them ... but the memory of them which your fabulous image has brought back certainly does. Beautifully done. f/v
